The catalog ('qualifier' in ODBC 2 parlance).

The schema ('owner' in ODBC 2 parlance). 此參數接受下列查詢模式：

Returns an ODBC result identifier 或者在失敗時返回 false.
This result identifier can be used to fetch a list of columns and
associated privileges.
The result set has the following columns:
TABLE_CATTABLE_SCHEMTABLE_NAMECOLUMN_NAMEGRANTORGRANTEEPRIVILEGEIS_GRANTABLE
The result set is ordered by TABLE_CAT, TABLE_SCHEM,
TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME and PRIVILEGE.
