mcrypt_module_is_block_algorithm(string
$algorithm, string $lib_dir = ?): bool
如果指定演算法是分組加密演算法，返回 true，
反之返回 false。

可選參數
lib_dir， 表示在操作系統上包含演算法模組的路徑。

如果指定演算法是分組加密演算法，返回 true，
