由 hash_init() 函式返回的雜湊運算上下文。

要進行雜湊運算的檔案路徑，支援 fopen 封裝器。

由 stream_context_create() 函式返回的流上下文。
返回值
成功時返回 true， 或者在失敗時返回 false。
