Set the directory path for a given backend.

broker An Enchant broker returned by enchant_broker_init().

type The type of the dictionaries, i.e.
ENCHANT_MYSPELLorENCHANT_ISPELL.-
path The path of the dictionary directory.

成功時返回 true， 或者在失敗時返回 false。
