Add a word to personal word list of the given dictionary.

dictionary -
An Enchant dictionary returned by enchant_broker_request_dict() or enchant_broker_request_pwl_dict().

word -
The word to add
返回值
成功時返回 true， 或者在失敗時返回 false。
